About Intention Nest
Intention Nest is a small publication about intentions, manifestation, vision boards, affirmations and angel numbers. We created it because so much of what is online in this space is either breathless hype or easy dismissal, and most people want something in between: a practice that feels meaningful and also fits real life.
What we believe
- Intentions work best with action. A clear sentence, a small daily step and an honest look back.
- Meaning without pressure. Whether you see angel numbers as signs or simply as a cue to pause, they can be a helpful moment of reflection.
- No blame. Hard things happen to everyone. They are not proof that you "manifested wrong."
Editorial standards
- Our guides and affirmations are written for this site.
- When we mention research, we name the researchers or the field and describe the findings carefully, including their limits.
- We never publish invented testimonials, ratings or statistics, and we do not use countdown timers or fake discounts.
- We do not promise money, love, health or any other outcome.
- Our free tools save your entries only in your own browser.
